“An increased readiness regime has been introduced in the city, during which certain bans and restrictions apply, including those related to public events,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
They noted that on the Internet there are calls for participation in unauthorized public events in the center of the capital.
The Interior Ministry called on citizens to refrain from participating in such actions, recalling that violators would be held accountable.
