“In a separate chapter of the draft new Code of Administrative Offenses, the issues of bringing minors to administrative responsibility are regulated in detail,” the Ministry of Justice said.
Including against adolescent violators it is proposed to apply such types of punishments as warning, administrative fine, administrative ban on visiting the venues of official sports competitions and compulsory work.
At the same time, it is proposed to assign a fine and compulsory work only if a teenager commits a gross administrative violation. At the same time, a fine, the amount of which cannot exceed 5 thousand rubles, can be assigned only if the teenager has independent earnings.
It is indicated that the period of compulsory work for minors cannot exceed 30 hours.
