Playing in front of empty stands does not make the Swedish start completely painless for Helsingborgs IF. Missing ticket revenue combined with the fact that both players and organizations can no longer be laid off means that the club has to find new ways to raise money.

- It will be more expensive for us to start allsvenskan without an audience rather than waiting until we can have an audience. But we still think starting a series game is better than not starting, says club chairman Krister Azelius.

Team captain Andreas Granqvist also looks forward to series play.

- We have had a number of months to prepare, so it feels great that it is approaching, he says.
