The report pointed out that Dunn ’s parents had applied for judicial review of the decision to grant Sakuras diplomatic immunity. On August 27, 2019, Sakuras drove retrograde and crashed into Harry riding a motorcycle near Crowton Air Force Base in Northamptonshire, England, taking his young life.
