Rospotrebnadzor has published several documents with recommendations on the work of public institutions after the start of lifting restrictions on coronavirus infection. The decision to open the relevant institutions will be taken individually by the authorities of each region.

Moreover, in cinemas, fitness clubs and children's camps, the department calls for certain precautions to be taken to ensure the safety of visitors and employees. It will be necessary to reduce the capacity of institutions and maintain a distance between visitors and employees.

“Our experience shows that when all these recommendations are clearly followed, the risks of infection are minimal,” the press service quoted the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova as saying.

In turn, the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova expressed confidence that the recommendations will help the regional authorities to determine their willingness to resume activities.

Cinemas

In accordance with the document posted on the website of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, cinemas should ensure that social distance is respected. In particular, this condition should be taken into account when arranging armchairs, sofas in the lobby and tables in bars.

Tickets for the sessions must be sold in limited quantities so that it is possible to ensure that spectators are accommodated at a distance of at least 1 m from each other. Only members of the same family or living together are allowed to sit nearby.

Employees serving the audience are required to wear masks and change them at least every three hours. Spectators wearing masks is only recommended, but in regions where the mask mode is set, this rule will be mandatory.

Breaks between sessions should be at least 30 minutes, so that the room is well ventilated, and the seat handles have time to disinfect. Before entering the hall, the audience will check tickets in non-contact ways. It is recommended to let guests in at least 15 minutes before the start of the next session, so as not to create crowds at the entrance.

The cinema management should pay special attention to preventing the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection through employees. Each of them is required to measure the temperature before admission to work, dispensers with antiseptics must be installed in the workplace.

Fitness clubs

According to the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor, in order to reduce the number of visitors and maintain the norm of the area (4 sq. M per person), it is necessary to use a preliminary record. Sports equipment and simulators must be placed at a distance of at least one and a half meters from each other.

To ensure the distance, it is also proposed to close part of the changing booths, apply markings on the floor, and prevent more than one person per 10 square meters. m of the path of the swimming pool.

Personnel will not be allowed to eat at workplaces. It will also be banned from selling to customers any drinks other than bottled water.

Fitness centers and gyms that open after the restrictions are relaxed are required to have a five-day supply of personal protective equipment for employees. And also daily disinfect all rooms.

Children's camps

It follows from the document published by the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare that this year children's camps will be able to open no earlier than at the third stage of lifting restrictions on coronavirus.

It is recommended to deliver children to recreational areas by road. After removing the restrictions, it will be possible to use the railway and airplanes, but only if "comprehensive preventive measures" are taken.

During the work of the camps, the department calls for the exclusion of parental days and public events, as well as a review of the camp’s working hours. The department advised to conduct circle work separately for different units in order to maximize the separation of children on the premises.

Due to weather conditions, it is recommended that outdoor events be held as often as possible. It is also indicated that for each detachment it is necessary to allocate a separate room taking into account the social distance between the children - at least 1.5 m.

Employees of children's recreation facilities will be required to take tests for the presence of coronavirus, after which they can be allowed to work with children. The document notes that throughout the shift, employees will not have to leave the premises of the institutions.

According to the recommendations of the Rospotrebnadzor, this year children will be able to be sent only to those recreation and health organizations that are located in their region of residence.
