Family home mom: "Now it is up to the right to give Esmeralda redress"

The girl came to the family home when she was seven weeks old. Melinda Jacobs testified that she knew about abuse and crime in Esmeralda's family.

She also told me that the girl was returned to the biological parents and that she subsequently backed down in development. Melinda Jacobs should also say that she tried to invite her parents home, but that it never became one of these.

She also made a report of concern after a contact with her father's ex. Then the contact was broken and Melinda heard nothing more until the social service told us that Esmeralda had died.
