At the end of August last year, the newly married Ndella Jack, 18, was shot to death in her home in Råcksta. However, her husband, who according to the prosecutor was the actual target, survived the attack.

A few weeks later another shooting took place, this time in Nacka. According to the police, the target was also in that case Ndella Jack's 33-year-old husband. He was taken care of while sitting in a taxi car and even the driver and student Sammy were hit by bullets.

"Particularly ruthless"

Two men, a 23-year-old and a 30-year-old, were charged with the murder in Råcksta and attempted murder after the shooting in Nacka. Both men are released for the incident in Råcksta but the 23-year-old is sentenced to eight years in prison for assisting in attempted murder after the shooting in Nacka.

The District Court's chairman, Sofia Jungstedt, believes that the 23-year-old's behavior in Nacka is "especially ruthless" and that the prison sentence was therefore eight years.

-The District Court has looked seriously at the act, including when automatic weapons were used and the action appeared to be particularly ruthless. Therefore, the sentence has been set at eight years in prison, says the court's chairman Sofia Jungstedt.
