The Emirates Today newspaper transmits to you, through its digital platforms, a media briefing, held by the Emirates government, to inform you of the latest developments related to the emerging corona virus (Covid-19).

Conducting more than 27 thousand new examinations, and recording 883 new cases of Coronavirus, all of which receive the necessary medical care, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to this day to 31,969 cases, including those receiving treatment and recovering, as well as deaths.

The number of 19 cases of covid disease recovery in the country increased to 16,371, after health authorities registered 389 new cases of cure.

Two people infected with Corona virus died as a result of complications related to infection with the virus, bringing the total deaths in the country to 255 people 

Dr.. Dr. Amna Al-Dahhak: A large percentage of injuries are due to contact resulting from gatherings, non-compliance with preventive measures such as wearing masks and physical distance, and we have witnessed in the past period the transmission of infection between a number of families as a result of gatherings, and some violations of the employment category.
