In detail, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and the local health authorities, through their accounts on social media, called on all residents of the country to download and use the Al-Hosn application, noting that the application provides quick access to the results of «Covid-19» examinations, and tracks the contacts of infected cases to contain the spread The virus is extremely fast and efficient, along with adding remote isolation follow-up feature to application uses.

The official spokesman for the health sector in the UAE, Dr. Farida Al Hosani - confirmed in media statements that the application of the fort helps to know the results of the tests and enable the relevant health authorities to track contacts of infected cases to contain the virus quickly and highly efficiently, in addition to helping its users to safely access places the public.

She revealed that the success of the application is mainly dependent on the level of its use among people, as the objectives of the application will not be achieved at the required level, unless it is carried and used effectively by 50 to 70% of the population of the country.

Al-Hosani explained that the launch of the health sector to implement the fort as a national initiative aims to support government efforts aimed at containing the epidemic "Covid-19" in the state, and employing modern technologies to limit its spread.

She noted that the application of the fort provides a methodology for testing infected individuals, tracking and isolating contacts and quarantining them, and is considered an effective tool to limit the spread of the Corona virus, and is more accurate than curfews and the imposition of closures.

She explained that the application of the fort uses artificial intelligence technology to ensure the highest levels of privacy by maintaining the confidentiality of user information, which is available in several languages, including Arabic, English and Hindi.

She drew attention to the importance of technology in speeding up the process of tracking contacts of infected cases, from identifying and informing contacts to supervising them. According to the official website of the application, Al-Hosn provides a coded color system to determine the health status of each user, and its medical results for "Corona".
