According to the deputy chairman of the regional government, the head of the department, Roman Karataev, not only fines are applied to violators of self-isolation.

“For malicious neglect of restrictive measures in the suburbs, you can get a punishment in the form of compulsory labor up to 100 hours,” he said.

As noted, the work involves cleaning the territory of hospitals, unloading medicines, medicines, food and other goods.

It is reported that the court found several people guilty of violating self-isolation in the region.

One of them, the agency writes, gathered friends for sports in the yard in Krasnogorsk. Another young man organized an entertainment event near the shopping center in Khimki.

“Such actions should be condemned, and children with excess energy should be involved in work for the benefit of the region. Now every hospital in the Moscow Region needs help, so we will send violators of the regime to medical institutions to carry out compulsory work, ”Karataev added. 

Earlier, Karataev said that since the introduction of restrictive measures, 18.5 thousand violations of the self-isolation regime have been identified in the region.
