Li Keqiang: What needs to be explained is that we did not put forward specific targets for the annual economic growth rate, mainly because of the great uncertainty of the global epidemic situation and the economic and trade situation, and China ’s development faces some unpredictable factors. In doing so, it is helpful to guide all parties to concentrate on "six stability" and "six guarantees". "Six Guarantees" is the focus of this year's "Six Stability" work.
