“A criminal case has been instituted under Art. 219 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of fire safety requirements), ”the statement reads on the website of the Investigative Department of the IC of Russia in the region.
It is noted that according to preliminary data, the fire occurred in the vascular ward, in which there were four men.
Investigators are currently inspecting the scene.
