The offender will be referred to the Public Prosecution when repeated violations of any of the violations of non-compliance with the quarantine instructions for the second time and submitted to the criminal trial, and punishable by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, and a fine of not less than 100 thousand dirhams, or one of these two penalties. The Public Prosecution confirmed that it will take measures against those who violate the precautionary measures in full, and will not hesitate or tolerate the application of the provisions of the law to anyone who violates the precautionary measures and measures applied to limit the spread of the "Coffid-19" disease.
