“Instructions have been given on the rapid transfer to the Republic of Dagestan of two field multifunctional mobile hospitals with a total capacity of 200 beds to increase the number of beds and to help patients with coronavirus infection,” RIA Novosti quotes the message.
It is being clarified that along with this, a mobile detachment of the Russian Chemical Defense Tank with special military equipment for disinfection and sanitation will be sent to the region.
According to the agency, in total over 300 military personnel and more than 100 units of special military equipment will be involved in assistance in the fight against coronavirus in Dagestan.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Rospotrebnadzor to constantly monitor the epidemiological situation in Dagestan.
