She spoke about this during a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council on the Arria formula regarding the situation in Crimea in the format of video-conferencing.
“The authorities of Crimea, the Russian Federation contribute to the comfortable integration of Ukrainians into full-fledged, primarily public, life in Crimea, taking into account their national characteristics, ethnicity and culture,” RIA Novosti quoted her.
She emphasized that “the unity of the people” and “unifying moral values” are “not only an expression of civilized society, but also the establishment of civil peace and national harmony in Crimea”.
In January, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea talked about an increase in the number of tourists from Ukraine in 2019.
Crimea became the Russian region after a referendum held in March 2014, in which most residents of the peninsula voted to reunite with Russia.
