When faced with difficulties, Shi Liping first thought of the transition to online. In April 2020, she tried to register her shop on Taobao. Shi Liping told reporters that the process of opening a shop was originally thought to be complicated, and he did not expect to complete the registration in a few minutes. She soon put dozens of merchandise such as Miao handmade earthen cloth sachets and embroidered sachets on the shop.
"Online operation is definitely not the end of opening a store. It is now a professional operation." Shi Liping said that although he has run his own business for many years, he is still a "newcomer" in the field of e-commerce and needs to learn a lot.
On May 19, Shi Liping walked into the Taobao live broadcast room with a number of NPC deputies to speak for agricultural products in his hometown, and solicited suggestions on optimizing the business environment on the spot. Shi Liping, who had planned to carry Miao embroidery in this live broadcast, could not be present in time because of the temporary participation in the meeting.
