Financial, insurance, government services, as well as consultations for business (audit, staff recruitment) in the future will involve more experts who will work in a remote format.
Online services to citizens in the field of education, culture and leisure will also require a greater number of vacancies in a remote format, experts say.
In addition, experts noted that the need for employers to organize remote work, in turn, will contribute to the growth of companies that provide technical support services for this type of employment.
“The experiment with the transfer to remote work in a pandemic opens up new opportunities for many people, for entire sectors of the economy. Enterprises will invest more in the development of business models related to remote work, and with the development of robotic industrial technologies, educational institutions will start teaching online more, sectors related to digital and online services will more actively develop, ”the All-Russian Research Institute of Labor noted.
Previously published survey results showed that almost a third of Russians began to cope less effectively with work tasks after switching to a remote site.
