This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a court order published in a single register of court decisions.

“Oblige a competent person to enter information in a single register of pre-trial investigations of the Office of the Attorney General <...> information about the interference in the activities of the former Attorney General of Ukraine <...> a citizen of the United States of America, the former vice president of the United States," - stated in the resolution .

According to Gordon.ua, the ruling adopted by the court on April 21 was published in the Unified Register of Court Decisions on May 12.

The decision was made on the complaint of the lawyer Alexander Teleshetsky, representing the interests of Shokin, about the "inactivity of the office of the prosecutor general."

It is noted that the names of Shokin and Biden are not indicated in the court ruling, but in February 2020 the Pechersk court made a similar decision in relation to the State Bureau of Investigation - then Teleshetsky confirmed that we are talking about these persons.

Earlier, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Derkach during a press conference published “records of telephone conversations”, allegedly by Poroshenko, Biden and former Secretary of State John Kerry.

One of the fragments of the audio recording concerned the dismissal of Viktor Shokin from the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine in 2016, allegedly at the request of Biden. In exchange for this, the former US vice president allegedly promised Poroshenko to allocate $ 1 billion to Ukraine.

The current Ukrainian president, Vladimir Zelensky, commenting on this situation, noted that representatives of the past authorities of Ukraine are waiting for “a lot of different adventures and different sentences”

In turn, Poroshenko announced the “fabrication” of the records published by the deputy.
