“It was agreed that in the next weeks Ukraine will be transferred the second tranche of the previous, fourth macro-financial assistance program in the amount of € 500 million,” the statement said.
It is clarified that Zelensky also thanked Ursula von der Leyen for the decision of the European Commission to launch the next € 1.2 billion macro-financial assistance program for Ukraine.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a draft memorandum with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
