“At the same time, the need to allow electronic filing of a crime report was objectively brewing without it, given the processes of digitalization and modernization of the law enforcement system,” she said.
According to Rukavishnikova, the electronic filing of a criminal complaint with the police is a logical step.
She noted that the procedure for registering applications received remotely should be absolutely identical to working with paper.
Earlier, the Federation Council at a meeting on Wednesday, May 20, approved a bill that provides for the possibility of remote voting, including by mail, at all election levels.
