The alliance wants to save the mill dam in Järle

- I do not think that the state authorities in this case have acted neutral, says Helena Vilhelmsson (C). 

- We have a new energy law that has been in effect since 1 January and which says that it should facilitate for small-scale electricity generation. The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency should weigh that in, she says.
