“On May 19, the military investigative department of the IC of Russia on the Solnechnogorsk garrison received a message from the commander of military unit 04775 about the crash of the Mi-8 helicopter in the area of Lake Udelnoe of the Klin city district of the Moscow region. A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Art. 351 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Violation of the rules of flight, entailing grave consequences”), ”the SC informs TASS.
Flight recorders are seized, the crash site is inspected, pre-flight documentation and fuel samples are removed. Wanted eyewitnesses to the accident.
On the eve it was reported that as a result of a hard landing of the Mi-8 helicopter in the area of Klin, near Moscow, the crew died.
