- We have had to wait for holiday planning because we wanted to see a reduction in covid patients. Now we see a decrease and then we can plan the holiday, says Mats Bojestig, director of health and medical services.
The message is that the health care staff in the county will have four consecutive weeks of vacation this summer. The exception can be the intensive care staff who can have three weeks of continuous vacation.
- We are struggling with that, the difficulty is that their skills are so special, says Mats Bojestig.
