The draft law stressed that the Ministry, in cooperation and coordination with health authorities and the concerned authorities, establish and follow up controls and conditions to ensure the health and safety of workers in workplaces, including curative, rehabilitative and preventive services, a system of occupational and environmental safety and health management, and a system for recording and monitoring cases of accidents and work injuries Occupational diseases, health fitness controls and conditions to practice and continue working.

The Minister of Health and Community Protection may issue a decision to prohibit the import, circulation, promotion, marketing, production or manufacture of any material, product or component harmful to public health, and to decide to destroy, destroy or dispose of it, in accordance with the established regulations.

Anyone who violates the conditions and controls related to the marketing or sale of food and related products to infants, and by the same penalty, whoever supplies an educational institution or the like with food that does not comply with the requirements, is also punished with a fine of no less than 50 thousand and no more than 300 thousand dirhams.

The person responsible for providing or selling food, if he is aware of this, shall be punished with a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams and no more than 50 thousand dirhams.

Correct credit information
