According to the draft law, anyone who violates the conditions and controls related to the marketing or sale of food and related products to infants, or whoever supplies any educational institution, or the like, with food that does not comply with the health requirements and standards that It must be available in it.
The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the health authorities and the concerned authorities, shall set controls and policies for a balanced healthy food and monitor its implementation.
It also stipulated that the concerned authorities are obliged to coordinate with the health authority to develop policies and measures to support and encourage physical activity, exercise, and healthy lifestyles. It also undertakes, in coordination with the Ministry, to set policies and measures to control tobacco and its derivatives, in accordance with the legislation in force in the country.
The Ministry, health authorities, associations of public benefit, and organizations related to public health encourage, organize, and develop scientific research, studies, and periodic statistics in the field of public health.
The draft law stressed that the Ministry, in cooperation and coordination with health authorities and the concerned authorities, establish and follow up controls and conditions to ensure the health and safety of workers in workplaces, including curative, rehabilitative and preventive services, a system of occupational and environmental safety and health management, and a system for recording and monitoring cases of accidents and work injuries Occupational diseases, health fitness controls and conditions to practice and continue working.
The Minister of Health and Community Protection may issue a decision to prohibit the import, circulation, promotion, marketing, production or manufacture of any material, product or component harmful to public health, and to decide to destroy, destroy or dispose of it, in accordance with the established regulations.

According to the draft law, anyone who violates the requirements of healthy food, the requirements of food labels, healthy nutritional supplements and herbal products, and the rules related to providing an alternative healthy food option will be penalized with a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams and no more than 50 thousand dirhams.
Anyone who violates the conditions and controls related to the marketing or sale of food and related products to infants, and by the same penalty, whoever supplies an educational institution or the like with food that does not comply with the requirements, is also punished with a fine of no less than 50 thousand and no more than 300 thousand dirhams.
The person responsible for providing or selling food, if he is aware of this, shall be punished with a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams and no more than 50 thousand dirhams.
Correct credit information
In response to a question from a member of the Federal National Council, Marwan Obaid Al-Muhairi, the Minister of State for Financial Affairs, Obaid bin Humaid Al-Tayer, said about the role of the Union Credit Bureau in verifying the authenticity of the data, facilities and financial obligations on individuals and companies locally and internationally, that the company is established according to the law It is not responsible for the correctness or completeness of its credit information. He added that the company is legally authorized to obtain credit information within the state, and not internationally, noting that the volume of information exceeds eight million individuals and companies.
He added that banks should ensure that the information is correct, update it if errors are discovered, and adhere to the decisions of the central bank.
