“It’s necessary not to be patient, we need to clearly understand the terrible threat that hangs over our close ones, relatives, especially the elderly ... Stand next to the reception, you will see dozens of ambulances that bring people,” the Moscow Mayor emphasized.

Sobyanin recalled that on May 12, all industrial and construction enterprises resumed work in Moscow.

“Over the past week, the number of people who travel by transport has grown by almost a million people ... After that, of course, we need to live for two weeks to understand what are the next restrictions to remove, to see how it went down,” he said.

According to the mayor, for further decisions on easing the restrictions, it is necessary to assess the further increase in the incidence and hospitalization.

At the same time, Sobyanin announced plans to resume part of the hospitals for planned visits next week.

“We will not transfer part of the clinics that we assumed to be in the form of centers, on the contrary, we will reveal the possibilities of planned medical care. Thousands of people also expect this, ”he said.

According to him, this is "much more important than opening a beauty."

“No one has died yet without a hairdresser, and people who don’t receive planned medical care will be just critically ill in a month or two,” Sobyanin emphasized.

Earlier, Sobyanin said that sports and walks in Moscow would be allowed when not tens of hundreds of coronavirus cases were detected, but “tens or hundreds”.

He also warned that Moscow would not soon return to a full life without restrictions.
