ERC regretted this Tuesday the agreement reached between Cs and the Government to extend the state of alarm and has stated that it will not enter into a "marketing" on its conditions to give its support to the Executive, which it considers that it has already made explicit, although it claims the skills lost in the pandemic and set a date to resume the dialogue table on Catalonia.
"We have tabled amendments on the extension of the state of alarm and we are waiting. They are the ones who have chosen. Esquerra or the right," they warned in a statement. "The Government of PSOE and Podemos has chosen a partner, has decided to bet again on C's," he continues.
Republicans believe that "enough time has been wasted," and insist that their terms for the extension - which have only been discussed in negotiations, they say - include the powers and the dialogue table, among others.
"We had asked for minimum conditions, but there has been practically no gesture to try to reach an agreement, because it seems that they had already chosen from the beginning. We do not want more delays," insist the Republicans.
ERC reiterates that its proposal to support the Government involves "that the single command ends and that Catalonia can decide on the lack of confidence with the return of powers", in addition to four other measures, of which the last is to retake the negotiating table over Catalonia.
