Public information shows that Zheng Jianxin, male, Han nationality, was born in Huangping, Guizhou Province, was born in December 1968, joined the work in July 1990, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1991, and is a PhD student.
Zheng Jianxin worked in Guizhou for nearly ten years after graduation. From July 1990 to May 1995, he served successively as secretary and section member of the Guizhou Provincial Machinery Industry Office; from May 1995 to July 1998, he worked in the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government.
From July 1998 to October 2013, Zheng Jianxin was transferred to the Ministry of Finance of China, successively serving as the deputy secretary of the Office of the Minister of the General Office, the deputy director of the taxation department, and the official cadre of the taxation department. In October 2013, he was transferred to Hunan, where he successively served as secretary of the party group and director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, mayor of Hengyang City, and secretary of the Hengyang Municipal Party Committee.
