He added that the maximum temperature during the day in the central regions of Russia will be +12 ... +15 ° С, at night it will be about +5 ° С. Partly cloudy with light rain.
At the same time, hot air will continue to flow into the regions of Western Siberia. As Roman Vilfand explained, this is due to the anticyclone that dominates Siberia.
He also clarified that protracted processes are characteristic of the warm season, since the processes in the atmosphere in winter are faster than in summer.
