Many keep, despite going outside, some wearing masks. Nevertheless, protests rage from Germany to England and the United States, claiming that government restrictions reduce personal liberties and destroy the economy.

Qatar has recorded more than 32,000 cases of the epidemic, but the death rate is low, and it has recorded 15 deaths, a result experts believe is due to the low rate of population ages, and mandatory health checks for foreign workers.

In Kuwait, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health said that anyone who fails to wear the muzzle may face imprisonment for up to three months, and a fine of up to five thousand dinars (about $ 16,000).

The Kuwaiti Cabinet imposes a comprehensive curfew throughout the Gulf country, from May 10 to the end of the month.

Egypt has announced so far the discovery of 12,229 confirmed cases of the Corona virus, including 630 deaths, since the beginning of the epidemic.

The Ministry of Health said that the number of new cases recorded Sunday reached 510, exceeding the daily injuries of the five hundred mark for the first time since the epidemic started last March, while the number of deaths increased to 630 deaths, after recording 18 new cases.

Iraq recorded - as of Sunday - 3, 404 cases of corona, including 123 deaths, two thousand and 218 recoveries.

In Sudan, the official news agency mentioned the government's decision to extend the closure of the country's airports to passenger traffic for international and domestic flights until May 31, while the airports will remain open only for cargo flights, humanitarian aid, flights of companies operating in oil fields and evacuation flights of foreign nationals.

Brazil is moving
away from the Arab world, Brazil recorded additional infections with the Corona virus; To overtake Spain as the fourth highest country in the world in terms of the number of injuries.

According to government data, Bloomberg News reported that the country added 14,919 injuries, bringing the total to 233,142 cases.

This brings Brazil to fourth place globally, behind the United States, Russia and the United Kingdom.

Brazil recorded 816 deaths during the past 24 hours, bringing the total deaths to 15,633 people.

Bloomberg also reported that the results of the analysis of Brazilian Vice President Hamilton and his wife were negative, after he had contacted an employee with the emerging coronavirus. She added that Murao and his wife will remain in isolation pending the results of a second test.

Morao had placed himself on Saturday in self-isolation, after mixing with a patient with the virus.

The United States - where the epidemic appeared last February - recorded the highest total death toll of 89,207, out of a million, 478 thousand and 241 injuries, and the recovery of at least 268,376 people was announced.

Britain ranks second with 34,636 deaths, out of 243,303 injuries. Italy followed with 31,908 deaths (225,435 injuries).

Also Sunday, Corona virus deaths in France rose to 28,108, after 483 new cases were recorded, in addition to the diagnosis of 490 new cases of the virus, bringing the total to 216,30.

The number of Coronavirus infections on the African continent also exceeded 81,000, on Sunday, according to data from the African Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The center pointed out that more than 3 thousand cases of corona infection were recorded in the brown continent during the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 81,307 cases.

The number of virus deaths reached 2704 after 74 new cases were registered, and the number of people recovering from the virus rose to 31,78 people.

On Sunday, South Africa counted 1160 new infections, the highest daily rate since the first case was recorded in March. This brings the total number of infections to 15,515, and the country has recorded three additional deaths; Bringing the total deaths to 263.

In the context, Nigerian Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika said on Sunday that Nigeria had detained a plane operated by a British company on suspicion of violating the flight ban imposed to prevent the spread of the Corona virus.

He added that a British company "got approval to carry out humanitarian operations, but unfortunately we caught them on commercial flights."
