A young couple from Charvieu-Chavagneux (Isère) was indicted for violence against their three-month-old baby, we learned from a judicial source on Sunday. The two parents, whose profile has not been specified, have been placed under judicial supervision, said the public prosecutor of Vienna Audrey Quey, confirming an information of Dauphiné Libéré .
According to the regional daily, they were arrested Wednesday and brought to the prosecution Friday after their police custody. They are prosecuted for "violence against a 15 year old minor resulting in an ITT of more than eight days per ascendant".
