“Ukraine will represent a group of representatives of certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, in particular from among Ukrainian citizens,” RIA Novosti quotes the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andrei Yermak.
He added that this group should put an end to the monopoly on the representation of these territories by the DPR and LPR.
Earlier, the office of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that the Ukrainian authorities exclude the possibility of securing the special status of Donbass in the Constitution of the country.
