At Rennes Saint-Jacques airport, the sky clears up a bit. It has already been over two and a half months since the planes deserted its tarmac. It was planned, but not as long. On March 1, repairs to the main runway began on the platform, which would normally have been closed for a month. But the coronavirus crisis has turned everything upside down.

Stopped on March 16, the site finally resumed on April 9 to finish last week. Since then, traffic has restarted very slowly since only the freight activity has resumed since Monday. For commercial flights, it will still have to wait a month. It is indeed on June 15 that Air France will resume its connection to Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport at the rate of three frequencies per week.

The opening of the route to Frankfurt postponed by one year

For the rest of the flights, it is still very vague. "The other airlines have not yet confirmed their flight schedule for the coming weeks," the airport said in a statement. Initially scheduled for the end of March, the opening of the air connection to Frankfurt operated by Lufthansa has already been postponed for a year.
