“The fourth Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at the Chkalovsky airfield (Moscow region) with military personnel and special military equipment from the combined detachment of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, which performed tasks to assist in the fight against coronavirus infection on the territory of the Republic of Serbia,” RIA Novosti reports Russian Ministry of Defense.
It is specified that all arrived specialists will undergo thermometry and mandatory sanitary and epidemiological measures.
Earlier, the defense department informed about the return of the second and third sides with the Russian military from Belgrade.
The head of the Ministry of Defense of Serbia, Alexander Vulin, in a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu, noted the contribution of the combined detachment of the Armed Forces of Russia to the normalization of the sanitary and epidemiological situation in Serbia.
