The first call to police came just before one o'clock on Saturday night. Two men had started arguing at Östermalm in Eskilstuna. One man, at the age of 25, was taken care of for sobriety and minor drug offenses. He is also suspected of home peace violations and damages. The other man is suspected of abuse, but is not deprived of liberty.
The next call was received from the police at 01.40. A man had been beaten by a blow to the head in his apartment in Eskilstuna. He was allowed to go by ambulance to hospital and the police have started an investigation. A man aged 45 is suspected, but not deprived of liberty.
