Coronavirus: Around the world of masked statues - 20 Minutes

Become the object of all the attentions in the whole world in order to fight against the epidemic of coronavirus, the mask also appeared on the statues which decorate the cities of the globe. A tool for promoting the wearing of masks or a simple artistic expression, 20 Minutes takes a little tour of the world of masked statues.

The gilded bronze statues on the forecourt of Liberty, at the Trocadéro, in Paris, or even that of the famous Manneken-Pis, in Brussels in Belgium, are now adorned with a pretty mask.
