The Government of Pedro Sánchez has again rejected that Madrid go to phase 1 of de-escalation, but will allow it some flexibility in the "measures" of confinement, as reported by the director of the Center for Health Emergencies and Alerts, at a press conference, Fernando Simón, this Friday.
