The Chinese Market Administration in Ajman announced that it will reopen its doors to receive the public starting tomorrow, according to strict precautionary measures, and within the conditions set by the economic department in the emirate and the competent authorities to combat the "Corona" virus.

In its circular, of which Emirates Today obtained a copy, it indicated that the opening of the market's doors to the public was approved by the management of Ajman Free Zone, as work will be resumed on the Chinese market in Ajman on May 16, 2020.

The circular pointed out the most important procedures that must be followed: adjusting the working times in the Chinese market in Ajman during the month of Ramadan to be from 14:00 until 22:00, and not all restaurants operating inside the Chinese market will be allowed to provide any meals inside restaurants, and it is only allowed to provide food that It is taken outside restaurants.

Precautionary measures included adhering to wearing masks and gloves while shopping in a correct way, measuring the temperature when entering the market for everyone, and preventing children under the age of 12 from entering the market, and elderly people over the age of 60 years into the market, and the shopping period should not exceed three hours with Maintaining social spacing.

The procedures also included that all places of entertainment, such as stadiums, the prayer room and the measuring room, will be closed, and only the main gate and gate number 9 will be opened, and the rest of the gates will be closed until further notice.

The Market Department called on all market leaders and shoppers to adhere to the measures to combat the spread of epidemics in the Chinese market in Ajman and to maintain social divergence.
