It is noted that over the past 24 hours, 38 565 tests have been done and 1708 new cases of coronavirus have been reported.
In addition, 48 patients died from coronavirus during the indicated time period, as a result of which the total number of deaths reached 4055.
The number of cases in the country to date is 146 457.
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced the weakening of the restrictive measures in the country that were taken due to the coronavirus infection COVID-19.
