This was reported by special correspondent RT, a member of the PMC of Moscow, Boris Klin, who visited Lyakhovets in a pre-trial detention center.

“There is not enough cottage cheese, sour cream in the prison store, only one percent kefir is made from sour-milk products, only apples, citrus fruits are missing, there are no vegetables, pastes and fish,” Klin quotes Igor Lyakhovets.

According to the arrested, Klin added, the library in the pre-trial detention center works smoothly, and is taken out for walks daily.

Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow extended the arrest of four former police officers to the illegal detention of journalist Ivan Golunov until June 7.

Denis Konovalov, Akbar Sergaliev, Roman Feofanov, Maxim Umetbaev and Igor Lyakhovets are suspected of planting prohibited substances on the journalist Golunov in June 2019. Ex-policemen deny their guilt. Konovalov is under house arrest, the rest are in jail.
