He said that starting May 16, “dentistry will begin to work as usual, the reception of MFC citizens will begin, the ban on trying on clothes in stores will be lifted, but a requirement is introduced that it is necessary to steam clothes after trying on by each visitor.”

The ban on the work of sports, recreation and entertainment organizations remains, cafes, bars, restaurants will continue to work only "takeaway" and delivery. 

“According to the Decree, the requirement to comply with the mask-glove regime remains. First of all, in the objects of trade and in public transport, ”said the head of the region.

He added that "new measures will be valid until May 24, their further easing or tightening will depend on how the epidemiological situation develops."
