He expressed confidence that the graduation "will turn out not only bright and memorable, but will once again demonstrate the ability of universities to combine forces."
Earlier, the rector of UrFU Viktor Koksharov said that because of the coronavirus, university students will celebrate the graduation in online format.
In mid-April, Falkov noted that most Russian universities decided to hold a summer session in remote format in connection with the pandemic.
