The queue times for the municipal rental rents look different in the county. It takes the longest time to get a home in Varberg with an average of 12 years followed closely by Halmstad with 10 years. At the same time, all municipalities have problems with the housing shortage, both for purchased housing and for rent, and the forecast does not look brighter in the future.
