“If a decision in a referendum takes place, it will require serious work and a transition period to unify the entire legal and economic base of the two entities. This is work that will drag on for at least a year or more, ”the acting governor of the Arkhangelsk region explained.
He added that the name for the united region will also be discussed at a vote.
