Wall Street opened with the Dow Jones down one point, flanked by Nasdaq at -0.5%. 

In Europe Paris lost 2.34%, followed by Frankfurt to -1.95%. Milan joins London and shows a drop of 1 and 40%. 

The Btp / Bund spread is 233 basis points with the yield of our 10-year bonds at 1 and 80%. Euro versus dollar at 1.08 and 50.
