15 of the covid care staff at Ryhov found infected

On April 6, Covid-19 department A was opened at the county hospital Ryhov in Jönköping, where around 100 people work. Since the care department was opened, 28 people from the healthcare staff have been tested and 15 of them have been shown to be infected by covid-19.

- There are six more that we are waiting for, says Ingrid Erlandsson, head of operations at the covid-19 department.

Although several of the staff were infected with the new corona virus, it has not affected the operations of the new department, which has not yet been fully occupied, Ingrid Erlandsson says.

- We have a large and loyal staff group, so we help change passports and solve these gaps, she says.
