The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced that the period from 29 Ramadan until 3 Shawwal for the year 1441 will be a paid vacation for all workers in private sector establishments, institutions and companies in the country on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

This came in a circular issued by the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, in implementation of Federal Decree No. 11 of 2017 regarding the empowerment of the Council of Ministers some of the powers and the decision of the Council of Ministers regarding the agenda of official holidays approved for 2019 and 2020.

The Minister raised to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and their brothers, Your Highness Members of the Supreme Council, the rulers of the Emirates, sincerest congratulations and blessings on this occasion.
