“The Federal Antimonopoly Service fixes a small number of complaints from citizens related to the deficit and rising prices for gloves,” he said.

In several regions of Russia, a mask regime has recently begun to operate, which prohibits citizens from being in a number of places and using public transport without a medical mask and gloves. 

For example, a similar regime was introduced in Moscow and the Moscow Region on May 12. A similar decision was made in St. Petersburg.
