The new certificate to be able to move beyond 100 kilometers is available on the website of the Ministry of the Interior. Authorizing travel for seven reasons, it must be accompanied by proof of address dated less than one year and documents justifying one of the seven authorized reasons.

The document was eagerly awaited. Since Monday evening, the certificate to be able to move beyond 100 kilometers is available on the website of the Ministry of the Interior. It is only valid for business trips, health or for compelling family reasons (assistance to vulnerable persons, childcare). In total, there are seven possible exceptions (judicial notice, mission of general interest etc.). Once downloaded from the ministry's website, you can print the certificate or fill it out directly on your phone.

Evidence to be provided

  • Exceed a radius of 100 kilometers around the place of residence, calculated "as the crow flies"
  • Leave the department

In the event of displacement, it is thus necessary to bring the certificate as well as a proof of address dated less than one year and documents proving the imperative character of your displacement. These documents may be requested by transport companies, such as the SNCF for example.
