Armed group raids on hospital 14 dead including newborns Afghanistan 13 May 5:04

In Afghanistan, an armed group attacked a hospital supported by the international medical aid group, Doctors Without Borders, killing 14 people, including newborns.

There was an explosion near a hospital in western Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, on 12th, and members of an armed group entered the hospital premises and had a firefight with security forces.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, 14 people including newborns have been killed and 16 others have been injured and received medical treatment at a hospital due to being involved in a gunfight.

Also, three members of the armed group were killed.

The hospital that was attacked was supported by the international medical aid group, Doctors Without Borders. According to the people involved in the hospital, there were about 100 citizens in the hospital at that time.

So far, no crime statement has been issued, but in Afghanistan there is no end to terrorism and attacks by the anti-government militant Taliban and the extremist organization IS = Islamic State.
