The United Arab Emirates welcomed the donors ’conference for Yemen, which is scheduled to be held during next June in response to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation confirmed the support of the UAE to this conference, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the second of June, and which will be held remotely, and is a continuation of the Kingdom's approach to mobilizing global humanitarian and development aid and contributions for Yemen and its brotherly people.

The statement added that the invitation to this conference is an affirmation of the pioneering role of Saudi Arabia in lifting the human suffering of the Yemeni brothers.

The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation stressed that the UAE supports all initiatives and efforts aimed at making this great humanitarian conference aimed at supporting the development process in Yemen a success.
